MasterPiece Arms’ BA Competition Chassis Surveyed as #1 Most Popular Rifle Chassis/Stock by the Precision Rifle Blog (PRB)

Cal Zant, shooter and author behind PRB, surveyed 150 of the best precision rifle shooters in the country competing in both PRS and the NRL to find out more about the gear they run in long range rifle competitions. The MPA BA Competition Chassis won the top spot with 27% of the PRS and NRL shooters surveyed running this particular chassis. This is the first year a chassis has won the top spot as the most popular system among this group of shooters.

This competition version includes all the standards features of the original, but includes special enhancements that are designed to give shooters who utilize the competition chassis a competitive advantage when shooting in long range tactical rifle competitions, such as the PRS and related events. There are additional hole locations on the forend for locating the rotating barricade stop, which locks the rifle in place when shooting on a variety of barricade designed stages. The spigot mount attaches to the front of the forend, giving the shooter additional space to mount their bipod. A bag rider attachment provides better rear bag recoil management (an Enhanced Bag Rider is available for an additional fee).
